Andile Bongani Emmanuel Mnyandu

Senior Environmental Consultant (Director)

Andile Mnyandu an Environmental Consultant with At Gedezar Consulting. He has over 15 years’ experience in the environmental management field. This builds on a broad government background, which has made him particularly flexible. He has 2 years public service which include EIA reviews. His experience also includes more than 13 years of environmental consulting in the field of Impact Assessment and Authorisation Applications with a focus on legislative requirements and Project Management. Andile’s primary skills include Screening Assessments; Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’S), Water Use License Application (WULA’S) Social Impact Assessment (SIA’S); Public Participation Programme and implementing Environmental Management Programmes (EMPR’S) and acting as an Environmental Control Officer (ECO).

Nonjabulo Precious Dladla

Environmental Consultant

Nonjabulo Dladla has 4 years’ experience in the Environmental Field. She has credible experience in environmental planning and consulting, as well as in project management and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). She specialises in the Environmental Impact Studies, Public Participation and implementation of Environmental Management Plans. Her responsibilities for Environmental Impact Studies include the review and manipulation of data identification and assessment of potential negative environmental impacts and benefits and identification of mitigation measures.

Nokubonga Shange

Administrator and Finance Officer

Nokubonga Shange with five years’ experience in administration and finance have a high level of numeracy as well as excellent attention to detail. She contributes to the financial health of a company and project’s by administering accounting operations to ensure that the financial systems are maintained accurately and efficiently. Keep records of invoices and tax payments identify and address account discrepancies, participate in payroll processes, report on financial projections (e.g., Liquidity and cash flow) requirements, also play an administrative role in ensuring that the business is compliant with relevant regulatory and legal requirements. She also assists in preparing of budget for Bid offer to our clients.
